Do I need to have a subscription to buy other things on the website?

The answer is No! MadamRoseLLC also has different products in our website that you can purchase at anytime. The website is safe and you will always receive a tracking number. You can also contact MadamRoseLLC for anything you need we are here to serve you😉.

What is the return policy? What is MadamRoseLLC sizing?

At this time due to COVID-19 We are not accepting any returns and or exchanges. If you unsure of sizing please contacts on social media or Via Email Madamrosesubscriptions@gmail.com. We try our best to update the website with measurements! As plus size women ourselves we know the struggle of finding our sizes! That’s why we are True to size if you do like your lingerie loose and flowing please size up! As we do not always offer babydoll style of lingerie. We want everyone to explore their other side switch mean stepping outside of your comfort zones ❤️💃🏽.

What should I expect when ordering MadamRoseLLC?

3. We do not have control over the postal service. Tell all of our consumers you will receive your packages between 5-7 Business Days. Although many of our consumers receive packages under 4days we cannot always grantee it!
(Expect the Grand Rose lingerie subscription is always mailed out from the 10-15th of each month. Unless it’s after these dates you can refer back to the normal shipping time.)
